We have a team of therapists at Diamond Valley SDS consisting of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Speech Pathologists.
The role of the therapy team at Diamond Valley is:
- To collaborate with classroom staff on program development and strategies for addressing the students goals
- To provide training to staff, parents and the community in our relevant areas of expertise
- To liaise with private therapists, professionals, families and carers to provide consistency across environments
- To assist with assessment of students and goal setting
